2Our services
We provide registration, tax and compliance support, accounting and loan advisory, branding and print, website and domain services, digital marketing and media, and e-governance and citizen services, as described on this website. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are confirmed with you in writing, usually on WhatsApp or email, before the work begins.
3What you agree to provide
- Accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
- Confirmation that you have the right to share the documents and to authorise us to act for you on the matter.
- Timely replies, approvals and payments, because delays on your side can delay the work.
- Content, images and logos that you own or have permission to use.
4Fees and payments
- Fees are agreed before work starts and are shown in the quote or message we send you.
- Government fees, stamp duty, trademark fees, portal charges, domain and hosting charges, printing costs, software licences and advertising spend are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
- We may ask for an advance or part payment before starting. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
- Work may be paused if payment due is not received.
5Timelines
Timelines we share are estimates. Many depend on government portals, banks, platforms and third parties that we do not control, so we cannot guarantee a fixed date.
6No guaranteed outcomes
We prepare and submit applications, filings, designs, websites and campaigns with care. Final decisions belong to the authority, bank, platform or search engine concerned. We therefore do not guarantee approvals, loan sanctions, registrations, trademark grant, search rankings, ad results, sales or growth figures.
7Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel a service by telling us in writing.
- Fees for work already done, and any amount already paid to a government body, bank, platform or vendor on your behalf, are not refundable.
- If we are unable to deliver a service for a reason on our side, we will discuss a fair adjustment with you in writing.
- Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms is governed by that platform’s policies.
8Third-party platforms
Our work often involves third-party platforms such as government portals, banks, payment gateways, billing software, hosting companies and social media and advertising platforms. Their rules, fees and availability can change, and we are not responsible for their actions or downtime.
9Intellectual property
- On full payment, you receive the right to use the final logo, designs and files we deliver for your business.
- We may keep working files and may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
- The content and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
- You remain responsible for any content or material you give us.
10Confidentiality
We treat the business and personal information you share as confidential and use it only for your work, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
11Use of this website
Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, copy its content for misleading use or send false enquiries.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by delays or decisions of third parties, or by incorrect or incomplete information or documents given to us.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bathinda, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms. The version published on this website on the date of your engagement applies to that engagement.
