myBiz Grow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a business services and growth company based at 2nd Floor, Front Ginger Hotel, Bathinda, Punjab 151003, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when we deliver our services, how we use it and what choices you have.
2Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to carry out the work you ask for:
- Enquiry details: your name, mobile number, the service you choose and the query you write.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email, phone or in person.
- Documents for a service: for example identity, address, business, tax or bank documents, shared only when a particular service needs them.
- Public information: your public business name, listings or social profiles, when we work on your online presence.
3How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to a server of ours. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens WhatsApp. The message reaches us only when you press send inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
4How we use your information

- To carry out the services you request, such as filings, design, setup and campaigns.
- To keep records that tax, accounting and other laws require.

- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
5Documents and sensitive details
Share a document only when we ask for it for a specific service. Never share your OTP, passwords, ATM PIN or card CVV with anyone, including us, unless a portal step that you are completing yourself clearly requires you to enter it. We keep copies of your documents only as long as the work and the law require.
6Who we share information with
We share information only when it is needed for your service and with your knowledge, for example with:
- government portals and authorities, for filings and applications;
- banks and financial institutions, for loan and account work;
- payment gateways, billing software, domain and hosting providers and advertising platforms, when we set them up for you;
